About me
Shreya Singh
I design digital systems with people in mind, especially in moments of uncertainty, stress, or decision-making.
My approach combines structured thinking with behavioral insight. I care deeply about how products influence users, and I aim to create experiences that are not only usable, but responsible and intentional.
I’m constantly asking:
How can this be improved?
What are we allowing?
What are we preventing?
what I can do for you
As a digital designer, I am a visual storyteller, crafting experiences that connect deeply and spark creativity.

My Tech Stack
Tools I use to think, design, and iterate
I use these tools to support my design process from research and structure to visual exploration and prototyping. I’m comfortable working with them in real projects and continue to learn deeper workflows as I grow as a designer.

Figma
My primary tool for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping. I use it to build usability testing flows, maintain design systems, and collaborate efficiently across projects.

Framer
I use Framer to explore interactive and responsive prototypes. It helps me understand motion, transitions, and how designs feel in real interactions.

Notion
I rely on Notion for research documentation, interview notes, and project planning. It helps me structure insights, frameworks, and design decisions clearly.

Adobe Illustrator
I use Illustrator to create icons, illustrations, and visual assets. It supports clean vector work and branding elements across projects.

Adobe Firefly
I’m exploring Adobe Firefly for AI-assisted visual ideation. I use it mainly during early concept exploration to support creative direction.

Design with Strategy and Creativity
I see design as a balance between structured thinking and creative exploration. While creativity helps me imagine possibilities, strategy helps me ground those ideas in real user needs, constraints, and outcomes. I enjoy questioning assumptions, understanding context, and designing with purpose rather than jumping straight to visuals. My process is flexible, reflective, and shaped by learning at every stage.
01.
Understand & Observe
I begin by understanding the problem space through observation, secondary research, and conversations with users or stakeholders. This stage helps me grasp user needs, emotions, and real-world constraints before forming assumptions.

02.
Research & Define
I organize insights, identify patterns, and clearly define the core problem. This step helps me narrow the focus, align goals, and ensure I’m solving the right problem, not just a visible one.

03.
Ideate & Explore
I explore multiple ideas through sketches, flows, and early concepts. This stage allows room for creativity while staying aligned with user needs and feasibility.
04.
Design & Prototype
I translate ideas into wireframes and prototypes, focusing on clarity, usability, and interaction. I pay close attention to edge cases and emotional touchpoints within the experience.
05.
Test, Reflect & Iterate
I test designs through feedback and usability checks, reflect on what works and what doesn’t, and iterate accordingly. This stage helps me refine the solution and learn for future projects.
